My journey to becoming a licensed CPA has been anything but traditional, and I believe that diverse experience is my greatest asset. I began my career serving in the US Army before deciding to pursue my passion for numbers and earning a Master's degree in Accounting. I gained valuable experience working with a Big 4 accounting firm before transitioning to the federal government, managing the financial reporting for a $30 billion portfolio. This experience taught me the importance of meticulous attention to detail and the power of clear, insightful financial analysis.
